Hope in Allah's mercy
We should never lose hope in Allah’s mercy. Allah has a profound liking for those who seek pardon for their sins from Him. Allah loves when a slave commits a sin and then beg for His forgiveness and mercy. When a Muslim sincerely turns to Allah for forgiveness, one will find Allah ready to accept his repentance and forgive him.

It is mentioned in the holy Quran, “And whoever does a wrong or wrongs himself, but then seeks forgiveness from Allah, he will find Allah forgiving and merciful." (4:110)

It is narrated: Some prisoners were brought to Prophet PBUH, amongst whom was a woman who was searching for her child. When she found her child, she took hold of it, pressed it against her belly and gave it a suck. Messenger of Allah PBUH said, "Do you think this woman would ever throw her child in fire?'' He PBUH then said, "Allah is more kind to his slaves than this woman is to her child". [Bukhari & Muslim]

Prophet PBUH said, "Do you know what is the right of Allah upon His slaves, and what is the Right of His slaves upon Allah?'' He PBUH then said, "Allah's Right upon His slaves is that they should worship Him Alone and associate nothing with Him; and His slaves' right upon Him is that He should not punish who does not associate a thing with Him.'' [Bukhari & Muslim]

Prophet PBUH said, “If a disbeliever knows of all the mercy which is in the hand of Allah, he would not lose hope of entering Paradise". [Bukhari & Muslim]
A Muslim eligibility for admission into paradise entirely depends on the mercy of Allah. Be assured that Allah Almighty is always willing to forgive all the sins. To receive Allah’s forgiveness and Mercy, recognize the offense itself and admit before Allah and ask for forgiveness from Him and make a commitment not to repeat the offense. We ask Allah, the Most Merciful, to bestow His favors and mercy on us in this life and the next - Ameen.
